Wow what a shock this last week has been, having released a story about myself to the local paper it gets picked up by the dailies who make up bits as they go along. Then the message board abuse begins even more vile and uneducated rubbish than I thought.
Then the phone rings non stop for two days as radio and television show an interest, at last I can speak and explain a little better about my situation starts off with local BBC Radio Solent which went ok then channel 5 spends 2 hours recording and getting the facts and figures correct(many thanks Cathy) then radio five live with Victoria Derbyshire they also had Dr Jones and I gave him a run for his money that was very scary as it was live, then Sky News for live chat with Colin Brazier.
After all that still many calls from Television shows which most fall through but they run story and talk about me just on the newspaper stories. Very disappointed that they did not wish to talk to me but there you go. Decide to do a magazine with my other half, first time that money was a reason for doing story as they would not run story with me on my own will see how that turns out next week.
Looks like I have an option opening up looking forward to it more each day just hope I am strong enough t make it work. Will update on that later.
